User Eligibility

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
- One Account Per User: You may only create and maintain one WheelMeet account for your personal use.
Service Description
WheelMeet is a platform designed to help users discover, create, and manage vehicle-related events, such as car meets, group drives, and shows. The Service allows users to:
- Create and publish event listings.
- Discover public and private events.
- Register for events.
- Interact with other users and event organizers.
- Manage their event participation and history.
2. Event-Specific Provisions
User-Generated Content (Event Listings & Related Content)
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content that you post, upload, link to, or otherwise make available via the Service, including event details, descriptions, images, and comments ("User Content").
- Rights: You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to WheelMeet. By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed) in connection with operating and providing the Service.
- Prohibited Content for Events: You agree not to post User Content that:
- Is illegal, or promotes illegal activities.
- Is Hateful, discriminatory, or incites violence.
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
- Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights.
- Contains viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
- Promotes commercial activities or sales without our prior written consent (e.g., unauthorized ticket sales, merchandise).
Accuracy Responsibility
- Event Organizers: If you create an event, you are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all information related to that event, including date, time, location, description, and any specific rules or requirements.
- Event Attendees: While we encourage event organizers to provide accurate information, WheelMeet does not verify the details of all user-generated events. Attendees are responsible for verifying event details and exercising their own judgment before attending any event. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in event listings.

- Storage: Firebase Storage may be used to store user-uploaded content like profile pictures and event images.

4. Prohibited Activities

- To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape.
- For any obscene or immoral purpose.
- To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
- To use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by us in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized advertising, promotions, or solicitation of business.
- To organize or promote events that are inherently dangerous, illegal, or violate public safety.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

- Event Quality & Safety: WheelMeet is a platform for connecting users around events. We do not organize, endorse, or control user-generated events. We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or appropriateness of any event listed on the Service. Attendance at any event is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for taking appropriate safety precautions.
- User Interactions: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Service, both online and at in-person events. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user.
- "As Is" Service: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
"Use at Your Own Risk" for In-Person Events
You acknowledge that participation in in-person events listed on WheelMeet carries inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or death. By choosing to attend an in-person event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with that event. You agree to release [Torwz Ltd] and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with your attendance at in-person events.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Service for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of [Torwz Ltd] and its licensors.
